Learn what it means to be an SDR, a crucial part of any sales team. As an SDR, you'll be an outbound hunter, calling, emailing, and using other channels to connect with prospects and set up meetings for our sales closers.

Megan Killion - Chief Consultant and founder of MKC Agency, Megan has 15 years of B2B tech sales and marketing experience and has brought in over 550m dollars in pipeline. Megan was a teen mom, a homeless single mother, and didn’t have a college degree. Despite that, she had a career arc worthy of writing home about:

Meghan Lerdo - Sales Development Team Lead and MidLevel SDR. Meghan started with MKC in 2023 in our most chaotic SDR training period of all time. Despite that she FLEW up the ranks. Setting 5 meetings her first 2 weeks on the phones for MKC, taking on clients, moving from part-time to full-time, promoting from junior to midlevel SDR, winning 2023 SDR of the year, and then team lead and trainer. Meghan left her waitressing and bartending jobs to go all in with MKC, and it has paid off. She’s finally achieving more balance in her life as a single mom of 3, and finding her worth in a career she’s proud of!
Steve Nelson - Former SDR and current Sales Enablement and Account Management Expert. Steve was in the next hiring class after Meghan, and after taking on some clients, and working part-time for MKC for 6 months he was promoted to full-time, working in Sales Enablement, Digital Marketing, and Account Management. Steve delves through the documentation on our tools so that you can learn much faster, and have someone to lean on when you get stuck. Steve also came to us from the restaurant world, primarily having worked in kitchens and has 2 sons!

Important Details
Training Schedule: Flexible, depending on participants’ schedules, with sessions a few days a week for 4 weeks.
Starting Pay: $15/hr plus commission. Training is unpaid.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 hours/day during business hours (9-5) in a quiet environment with a good internet connection.
